ロシア非難決議否決

 

国連安全保障理事会が25日に開かれ、

ウクライナに軍事侵攻したロシアを非難し、武力行使の即時停止と撤退を求める安保理決議案が採決された。

米国や欧州など11カ国が賛成したが、安保理常任理事国のロシアが例の如く

拒否権を行使し、決議案は否決された。

The U.N. Security Council met on April 25 and voted on a draft Security Council resolution condemning Russia for its military invasion of Ukraine and calling for an immediate halt to the use of force and withdrawal. Eleven countries, 

including the U.S. and Europe, voted in favor of the resolution, 

but Russia, a permanent member of the Security Council, exercised its veto power and the resolution was rejected.
